These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "TOU") govern access to and use of the website https://www.amaros-watches.com (the “Site”) and the services offered on it. By accessing and using the Site, you fully and unreservedly accept these TOU. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

Site: https://www.amaros-watches.com, including all its pages and content.
User: Any natural or legal person accessing or using the Site.
Service(s): Refers to all services offered on the Site, including but not limited to the online sale of watches and accessories, access to product information, etc.

Access to the Site is free for all Users with an internet connection and a compatible device. All costs associated with accessing the Site (hardware, software, internet access, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the User.

The Site is continuously evolving. Certain features may be suspended, modified, or removed without notice — particularly in preparation for the launch of our online store.

3. Use of the Site

SAS Amaros cannot be held responsible for the content, operation, or use of personal data by these third-party platforms.

5. Liability

We strive to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and its services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the absence of errors, or the correction of any technical issues.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
